We have listed a number of the most frequently asked questions that are often posed by our customers. Hopefully, the answer to you question will be here but if not, then please complete our online enquiry form and we will try to answer it as soon as possible.


What area do you cover for deliveries?
We can deliver flowers anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Sidmouth but please contact us if you would like to have an arrangement delivered further away.

What are your opening hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5.30pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.

Can you do same day orders?
Yes, subject to availability of the flowers of your choice.  We can normally arrange any flowers you choose if we have 24 hours notice.

What payment types do you accept?
The online shop accepts all the major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.

Do you take orders for Sundays?
We do not normally take orders for Sundays except Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas Eve.
